The Park PCS-10 has all the features of the popular PCS-9 home mechanic repair stand but with special upgrades to make set up, take down, and use faster and easier. This is a well designed solid little number that accommodates my 25kg ebike effortlessly and folds up once done. It doesn’t come with a tool tray however I ordered one separately which fits and serves its purpose well. A good sturdy stand, takes the weight of my eBike with easy and is quite stable.

I may modify it with a roll pin to prevent rotation. Yes it it high quality but not a homerun in my opinion. I’ve been putting up with my old workstand, grumbling at it every time I used it, for years now. The final straw was using my friend’s workstand a few weeks ago – what was I thinking, using that great cast-iron lump for all these years?!
From the moment I opened the box, it was clear that my Park Tool PCS-10 bike stand was a top quality item. If there is a way to adjust height, I have not found it. The clamp that holds the bike is poorly designed and has come apart twice, already, while adjusting it. A part damaged in shipment was promptly replaced by manufacturer.

I think to make it stronger and more stable, PVC pipe could be easily adapted over each leg, which I did per my photography stand. It has a tool tray that allows you to have your equipment at hand. Foldable, it is easy to store and can be carried in the car for adjustments while riding. If it weren’t for this minor issue, I would definitely rate this 5 stars.
I purchased this bike to help me to bike tuning, adjustments and easy repairs such as tire replacement. The adjustable handlebar rod stabilizes the front wheel for easier repairs. Telescoping stand adjusts from 41 to 75 Heavy duty construction Work Horse clamps fit nearly all standard frames from 1 to 1. I have used this stand several times now with my 30 lb mountain bike. The quick release at the bottom of the vertical post where it meets the feet has to be tight. But once secure, it is solid and stable, yet light in weight.
I think they could fix this by putting thin rubber pads in the clamp. It is a good solid stand made mostly from heavy metal, but it does have a couple of problems. (I will use part names from the instructions to explain. ) First, the clamp between the “telescopic bar” and the “upright” is plastic.
Its ability to fold makes for incredibly easy storage and it weighs 17lb, so it’s easy to lift. A common question we get is if the PCS-10 is worth the additional outlay over the basic PCS-9. We can confidently say that it is, in every way. The price difference between the two isn’t substantial, and given the build quality of these stands , they’ll last a lifetime. The key difference is seen in the clamp head, where the PCS-10’s is plainly superior.
So I did the inevitable research, and decided that I’d go for a ‘bench type’ stand, largely because of the flexibility they offer in terms of the working height. In general, the Sprint is virtually predestined for outdoor use. Thanks to its production from a very light aluminium alloy, it has a total weight of 5. 7 kilograms, which is easy to transport, while the protective anodizing ensures extreme weather resistance. Nevertheless, thanks to its three wide-reaching tripod legs, the Sprint stands not only on level workshop floors, but also extremely safely and stably off-road.

I put off purchasing a repair stand for a long time given that they’re sort of expensive. Tasks that were annoying or I didn’t have the patience for when I had to lean my bike against a wall or flip it upside down are almost enjoyable now. The working height of clamp adjusts from 53 to 67 inches and there is an infinite 360 degree rotation of clamp head for perfect positioning as well as a tapered rotational locking system. When folded, the Sprint is also characterised by its small packing dimensions. It can shoulder a proud 38 kilograms and therefore does not kneel even on heavy mountain bikes or even e-bikes.
This great stand is always at the ready with fast and easy set-up and take down. The sophisticated cam-type clamp allows single-action clamping of tubes 7/8 to 3 inches in diameter, and the clamping pressure is fully adjustable to prevent frame damage. I was happy to see that this stand uses metal through out instead of a lot of plastic like others. The legs, centre pole, extension clamp and bike clamp are all metal parts. The adjustable clamp allows angle adjustment as well so clamping to top tube or seatpost is easy.
